Contract Clinic Manager – Private Skin Cancer Clinics (3-Month FTC)
We are seeking an experienced Contract Clinic Manager to take a hands-on operational lead in establishing new UK-based private skin cancer clinics. This is a delivery-focused, fixed-term role with clear outputs, centred on CQC readiness, patient pathways, referral development, staffing frameworks, and launch support.
This role suits a highly organised, compliance-driven operator with experience setting up or stabilising private healthcare services.
Key Deliverables (Within 3 Months)

Full CQC compliance documentation pack, including policies, SOPs, governance, safeguarding, IPC, medicines management, complaints, and staff onboarding

Fully mapped and documented end-to-end patient pathways, with technical specifications for IT system integration

Established referral networks (GPs, insurers, community services) with documented protocols and contact lists

Delivery of 2–3 GP education events (virtual or in-person), including materials, attendance tracking, and feedback

Contribution to brand and launch materials, including service descriptions, messaging, and content planning

Implementation of staff and facility rostering frameworks for clinical and administrative teams

Creation of procurement and inventory management systems, including supplier lists, stock SOPs, and initial ordering
