Marketing/Patient Coordinator
East Sussex | Monday–Friday (100% Clinic Based)
£33,000–£35,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme
Up to £40,000 for candidates with ADHA experience
We’re looking for an ambitious Marketing/Patient Coordinator to join a growing specialist ADHD clinic. As this is a relatively new business, the key focus initially will be on raising awareness of the clinic’s services, generating new patient enquiries, and building strong referral networks across GP practices, healthcare professionals, and other partners.
You’ll play a key role in driving outreach, engagement, and marketing activity, helping to establish and promote the clinic within the healthcare community. This is a fantastic opportunity to make the role your own within a friendly, down-to-earth team where your ideas and input will genuinely shape growth.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Building relationships with GP practices, healthcare professionals, and referral sources
✔ Actively promoting services and increasing awareness within the healthcare sector
✔ Driving patient enquiries and supporting conversion into booked appointments
✔ Managing and creating content for social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn) and supporting wider digital marketing activity
✔ Monitoring marketing performance and identifying new growth opportunities
✔ Acting as a professional brand ambassador
✔ Supporting some light administrative and patient coordination tasks (minority of the role until the appointments increase)
✔ Contributing ideas to support ongoing clinic growth
What You’ll Bring:
✔ Experience in marketing, or business development
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Confidence engaging with healthcare professionals and patients
✔ Proactive, commercially driven mindset
✔ Strong networking and social media confidence
✔ CRM and basic tech skills and social media
✔ Healthcare experience is beneficial but not essential
