📍 East Sussex | 🕘 Monday–Friday (100% Clinic Based)
💰 £33,000–£35,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme
⭐ Up to £40,000 for candidates with neurology experience
Are you a highly organised, tech savvy people person who enjoys building relationships and making things happen?
We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Clinic Lead to join a growing specialist ADHD clinic. This is a patient-facing role and would suit someone who can think outside the box, work proactively, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
You’ll be responsible for patient coordination, appointment management, clinician support, building relationships with GP practices, supporting LinkedIn marketing activity, and ensuring every patient receives an outstanding experience from first enquiry through to treatment.
What you’ll bring:
✔ Strong administration and organisational skills
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
✔ Confidence using technology and learning new systems
✔ A proactive, solution-focused mindset
✔ Ability to collaborate with clinicians and colleagues
✔ Healthcare or medical administration experience preferred

Please note: This role is fully clinic-based, Monday to Friday. The clinic operates on an appointment-only basis, with responsibility for welcoming and supporting patients throughout their journey.
