A distinguished private family in Kensington is seeking an experienced Dementia Turkish speaking Senior HCA to provide bespoke, compassionate care for a family member living with Mid level Vascular Dementia.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, person-centred nursing care, tailored to the individual’s needs and routines.
• Administer prescribed medications safely and efficiently, maintaining meticulous records.
• Monitor physical and cognitive well-being, identifying and reporting any changes promptly.
• Support daily living, including personal care, nutrition, and meaningful engagement activities.
• Collaborate seamlessly with household staff, family, and external healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and excellence of care.
• Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.

Hours & Remuneration:

• 12-hour shifts, with night shifts required.
• Highly competitive salary, with enhanced rates for Sundays and bank holidays.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as an HCA in the private sector/NHS – dementia care experience essential.
• Fluent Turkish – speaking essential.
• Proven ability to work independently within a private household setting.
• Exceptional clinical skills, including medication administration, observation, and care planning.
• Discreet, reliable, and professional, with a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
