Part-Time CQC Manager – Private Skincare Clinics (Norwich-based, Remote with Occasional Travel)
Location: Primarily Norwich (remote work possible)
Commitment: 1–2 days per week
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 FTE (pro rata, based on experience and agreed hours)

We are a growing private skincare company looking for an experienced CQC Manager to oversee and maintain regulatory standards across our expanding group of clinics.
About Us
Our main registered location is in Norwich, with additional satellite clinics currently operating in Sutton Coldfield (Birmingham) and Colchester — with further growth on the horizon. While Norwich will be the primary focus for inspections, we anticipate the need for increased compliance oversight as new locations open.
The Role
We’re seeking a proactive and committed CQC Manager to take ownership of compliance and regulatory processes across all sites. This is not a role where you’ll be building from scratch — policies and procedures are already in place — but we need someone to manage, refine, and enforce them consistently.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage existing CQC policies and ensure they remain up to date

Prepare for and manage CQC inspections, primarily at the Norwich site

Implement spot checks and audits to ensure policy compliance at satellite clinics

Support local staff at each clinic to meet CQC standards

Advise on how to adapt compliance processes as new clinics open

Provide occasional in-person support (monthly or as needed) at satellite sites
Working Hours & Pay:

1–2 days per week (flexible schedule depending on workload)

Pay based on a pro-rata salary of £40,000–£50,000 per annum (hourly/day rate to be agreed based on experience)

Majority of the role can be carried out remotely, with infrequent travel to other locations
