Role: Occupational Health Advisor / Nurse
Location: London, St Paul’s (Hybrid – up to 2 days remote)
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £48,000–£51,000 (dependent on experience)
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a dedicated Occupational Health Advisor to deliver high-quality clinical and wellbeing support to a professional workforce within a prestigious corporate environment. This role focuses on case management, pre-placement screening, wellbeing programmes, and policy development – with no vaccinations or health surveillance required. You’ll manage approximately 5 cases per day, working closely with HR and health & wellbeing teams to deliver exceptional service and expert guidance.
What You’ll Bring:
- Registered Nurse with active NMC pin
- Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health
- Proven Occupational Health Advisor experience, including case management
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- A proactive, can-do approach and commitment to professional excellence
