🪻 We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to join a prestigious private luxury clinic in Harley Street, taking ownership of key HR processes and ensuring the organisation remains fully compliant and well supported.
💜 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
✨ CQC HR regulatory compliance
✨ Auditing staff files & maintaining fully compliant records
✨ Onboarding new staff
✨ Managing day-to-day HR matters
✨ Supporting a high-performing clinical team
💎 £70k Pro Rata
💜 Harley Street, London
✨ 3 days per week
👑 You will need exceptional communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, alongside a polished, professional approach and the ability to operate with complete discretion in a premium healthcare environment.
