Hospital Manager – Veterinary Hospital

Salary: £65,000 – £75,000
We’re looking for an experienced Hospital Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy veterinary hospital in East London. This is a key leadership position focused on high standards of care, team performance, and operational efficiency.
As Hospital Manager, you will be responsible for staffing, client service, facilities, compliance, and supporting the hospital’s financial targets. You’ll work closely with clinical teams to ensure smooth workflows and a positive, collaborative environment.
We are specifically looking for a Hospital Manager with previous veterinary management experience. Whether you’ve worked as a Practice Manager, Head Nurse, Area Manager, or Regional Manager, experience within the veterinary sector is essential. Please note that we are not considering candidates from the human healthcare sector.
