You’ll lead a talented team of 25–30 professionals, shaping both the commercial and executional success of the business across multiple locations. What You’ll Do
- Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing sales and clinic teams across multiple sites.
- Own ambitious growth, revenue, and profitability targets across the UK.
- Design and execute data-led growth strategies that optimise both sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape national expansion and enhance overall commercial performance.
- Mentor and empower teams to deliver world-class client experiences that convert and retain.
- Use performance analytics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
- Ensure that operational standards, compliance, and service delivery align with the company’s growth vision.
