Are you an experienced Receptionist who loves delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a confident, organised individual to become the welcoming face of our busy Private Medical clinic in Baker Street, London.

📍 Location: Baker Street, London
💷 Salary: From £30,000 per annum + commission
🕒 Job Type: Full-Time

🗓️ Working Days & Hours

• Monday to Friday: 11:00am – 8:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• One weekday off each week
• 40 hours per week

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with a warm, professional approach.
• Manage appointments and client records using Phorest.
• Answer phone, email and social media enquiries.
• Process payments and maintain accurate client information.
• Keep the reception area running smoothly while supporting the Private Medical team.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Previous Receptionist experience.
• Experience using Phorest is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Professional appearance with outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Private Medical environment.
