Front of House Manager – 14-Month Fixed-Term Contract
£45,000 per annum | Start Date: 17 August | Multi-Site Role Across London
Are you an experienced Front of House Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences and leading high-performing teams?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected private medical group on a 14-month fixed-term contract, taking the lead across a network of prestigious London clinics. No two days will be the same as you work across multiple locations, supporting operational excellence, inspiring front-of-house teams, and ensuring every patient receives an outstanding level of care and service.
You’ll be at the heart of the business, managing and developing administrative teams, overseeing staffing and rota planning, supporting recruitment and performance management, and driving continuous improvements to the patient journey. This is a visible leadership role where your ability to motivate people, solve problems, and maintain exceptionally high standards will have a real impact.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing front-of-house or administrative teams within a private medical or healthcare setting.
- A confident, inspirational leader who can engage, motivate, and develop teams.
- Excellent organisational skills with experience managing rotas, staffing levels, and day-to-day operations.
- Strong HR knowledge, including recruitment, performance management, absence management, and employee engagement.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience.
