We are looking for someone who brings:
✨ Essential fertility clinic experience (this is a must)
💳 Strong background in patient finance, billing & payments
📞 Confidence handling sensitive financial queries face-to-face and over the phone
🧾 Experience managing invoices, treatment plans, refunds & credit control
🤝 A compassionate, patient-focused approach within a clinical setting
You will be at the heart of the clinic’s patient services function, supporting individuals and couples through an incredibly important stage of their journey, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and reassurance throughout.
