We’re urgently recruiting for a Patient Finance Administrator to join a leading private fertility clinic in the prestigious Harley Street area.
💷 Salary: £32,000
📍 Location: Central London (Harley Street)
🏡 Hybrid: 1 day working from home per week once fully trained
🚀 Start: Immediate / ASAP
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected specialist clinic where you’ll play a key role in supporting patients throughout one of the most important journeys of their lives. You’ll be at the heart of the patient experience, providing expert financial guidance while delivering exceptional customer care in a compassionate, professional environment.
We’re looking for someone with:
✨ A strong background in patient finance, billing, payments, or financial administration
💳 Experience managing invoices, treatment plans, refunds, and credit control
📞 Confidence handling sensitive financial conversations both face-to-face and over the phone
🤝 Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach
🏥 Healthcare or private medical experience is a strong advantage but not essential – we’re open to candidates with transferable finance administration experience and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
