CQC Registered Clinic Manager

You are responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of a multi-specialty private clinic, ensuring full compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations. You lead on clinical governance, risk management, safeguarding, and continuous quality improvement.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the registered manager with the CQC, ensuring all regulatory standards are met
- Lead audits, inspections, and quality assurance programmes
- Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and performance management
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and operational performance
- Implement policies aligned with best clinical practice and patient safety
- Drive service development and patient experience initiatives
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a clinic or practice manager within private healthcare (essential)
- Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks and compliance
- Proven leadership and team managemen
