⚡ URGENT CONTRACT: Clinical Trials Coordinator / Site Lead ⚡
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Trials Coordinator to step in immediately as the Site Lead for a high-visibility clinical site in Cambridge.
You will take ownership of day-to-day operations and a portfolio of trials, including an ongoing Phase 2b gastroenterology study utilizing a novel microbiome therapeutic.
💰 Rate: ~£55 / hour
⏳ Duration: 3–6 month contract (Immediate start)
📍 Location: Cambridge (Fully site-based, Mon–Fri, 40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Site Operations: Manage daily trial activities, staff scheduling, and protocol assessments.
Drive Recruitment: Oversee local staff to ensure trials run efficiently and hit recruitment targets.
Compliance: Deliver studies to strict GCP and regulatory standards (managing CTMS, EDC, ePRO, and TMF/ISF documentation).
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Clinical Trials Director, Sponsors, and CRAs to resolve queries.
Requirements:
Minimum 2:1 BSc in a life science.
1+ years’ experience as a Clinical Trials Coordinator, Research Assistant, or CRA.
Strong background in clinical trial operations and documentation.
Gastroenterology experience is highly desirable (but not essential).
