You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a warm, professional, and reassuring environment while guiding them through every stage of their journey — from initial enquiry to post-surgical follow-up.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming patients and managing a busy reception with professionalism and empathy
- Handling enquiries and converting leads into consultations
- Coordinating appointments, surgeries, and follow-ups with precision
- Supporting patients with clear communication and continuity of care
- Managing payments, invoicing, and financial queries with transparency
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring full UK GDPR compliance
- Upholding the highest standards of CQC-compliant care
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a medical or surgical setting
- Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
- Experience with EMR systems and patient coordination
- Confidence handling patient finance and sensitive information
- A compassionate, patient-first mindset with attention to detail
- Knowledge of CQC standards (or willingness to learn)
