An incredible opportunity to join an expanding 5-star private clinic in a senior nursing leadership role. 🏥💜
We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Nurse with private medical experience essential, strong clinical leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
💜 Key requirements:
💜 Current NMC Adult Nurse registration
💜 5+ years post-registration, including senior/team leader experience
💜 Strong venepuncture, cannulation & IV therapy skills
💜 Experience managing rotas, staffing & safe clinical cover
💜 Knowledge of CQC, clinical governance & patient safety
💜 Experience within a regulated healthcare environment
💜 Strong medicines management, infection control & clinical audit knowledge
Salary £60,000 – £65,000 depending on experience.
Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday. Saturday sessions are occasional, arranged with notice, and worked within the 37.5 hours with a weekday off in lieu rather than in addition.
