Are you an experienced clinical trials co-ordinator ready to take the next step in a dynamic and fast-paced research environment? We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented clinical trials co-ordinator to join our London-based team and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge gastroenterology research.
🔬 About the Role
As a clinical trials co-ordinator, you will lead the co-ordination of innovative clinical studies, including an exciting new medicine for irritable bowel syndrome. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated clinical trials co-ordinator to work closely with scientists, sponsors, and research teams while ensuring high standards of compliance and delivery.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Lead co-ordination of clinical trials and research studies
- Manage clinical trial sites operationally as a clinical trials co-ordinator
- Conduct study visits, assessments, and laboratory sampling
- Ensure adherence to GCP and MHRA standards
- Perform accurate data entry and electronic reporting
- Liaise with sponsors, CRAs, CROs, and internal teams
- Support recruitment strategies alongside digital health teams
- Maintain study documentation (TMFs, ISFs)
🎓 What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2:1 BSc in Life Sciences
- Proven experience as a clinical trials co-ordinator (or similar role)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with EDCs, CTMS, and trial systems
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Close attention to detail and time management
💼 Salary & Benefits
- 💰 £38,000 per annum (1-year fixed-term contract)
- 🕒 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, London-based)
- ⏱ Paid overtime + TOIL
