Are you a Senior Fertility Nurse with a passion for clinical leadership, innovation, and patient-centred care?
Artemis are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Nurse Manager to join an expert team at the forefront of fertility and reproductive health.
You will be a skilled and compassionate Lead Fertility Nurse with managerial experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring accurate and timely transcription and the ability to perform various ultra-sound methods. You will be confident in driving strategic improvements in clinical delivery and ensure excellence in patient experience, governance and compliance.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership

Provide clinical and operational leadership across all sites

Lead on strategic initiatives to improve and evolve nursing care delivery

Ensure robust systems of clinical governance are in place
Clinical Excellence

Define and maintain high clinical standards across nursing teams
-
Lead service development in line with organisational goals

Collaborate with clinical, operational, and commercial leads to optimise workflows
People Management
-
Direct line management of Nurse Managers, Lead Nurses, and Nurse Sonographers
-
Oversee recruitment, rota planning, training, and team development
-
Ensure safe staffing levels and effective resource management
Governance & Compliance
-
Ensure all nursing services meet regulatory standards (CQC, HFEA)
-
Lead on inspections, audits, and risk assessments
-
Work closely with the Director of Nursing and Quality on policy and documentation
Patient-Facing Clinical Support
-
Participate in clinical procedures such as ultrasound, HyCoSy, IUI, and embryo transfers
✅ Key essential skills we are looking for.

NMC Registered Nurse with fertility or women’s health experience

Proven leadership in a clinical management role

Deep understanding of HFEA/CQC regulations and fertility clinic operations

Strong skills in patient safety, governance, quality improvement, and team leadership

Competency in clinical procedures relevant to fertility care
-
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
-
Proficient in clinical systems (e.g., IDEAS, Enquiry Tracker) and MS Office
