We’re looking for a people-focused leader with strong commercial acumen, excellent Cryo embryology knowledge, and private healthcare experience.
You’ll oversee donor recruitment, operations, compliance, and sales driving growth and innovation in a highly regulated, tech-enabled environment.
You’ll need:
✔️ Experience in private fertility/healthcare
✔️ Strong leadership & team management skills
✔️ Tech-savvy and business-minded
✔️ Familiarity with HFEA, GDPR, and CRM systems
You must be able to transcribe and scan for this position.
