Our client based in Central London, a prestigious and refined Fertility clinic, are seeking a competent Fertility HCA with a minimal of 2 years experience to join their team.
You will assist management and support sub-fertile couples before and during and after treatment cycles, developing a therapeutic environment to meet the individual needs of the couples.
We are seeking empathetic individuals, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle expectations well.
Some administration workload expected to undertake a proportion of the nursing admin working independently within a team structure to ensure all duties are fulfilled
Perform venepuncture, interpret, and give blood results when necessary.
To comply with regulatory requirements for documentation and record keeping.
To perform all clinical practices in accordance with protocols and within the terms of the HF & E Act (1990), HFEA Code of Practice to ensure high quality standards and safe practice.
