My client is looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic Receptionist to join their creative and fun Media company based in London. This role is an ongoing temporary position


– Meeting and greeting guests

– Answering the phones

– Franking post, sorting letters and delivering them in-office

– Arranging couriers

– Arranging (and rearranging) meeting rooms and their refreshments (including ordering breakfasts and lunches)

– Arranging and booking travel, both flights and hotels (and sometimes Eurostar)

– Setting up suppliers with Accounts Department

– Setting up ‘Precision Pays’ (virtual company cards) to pay for travels/lunches/invoices.

– Helping PAs with meetings/their travel/orders

– Researching more cost-effective suppliers

– Data entry of all offices’ utility bills (gas and electric), liaising with accounts to find invoices

– General admin assistance: filing invoices, logging them onto spreadsheets

– Building Induction and helping new starters (around 30 mins)


-Ideally a year of reception experience

-Enthusiastic and friendly

-Willing with a “can do” attitude
