Telesales Executive – Healthcare Sector – Harley Street, London

Our client who specialise in non-surgical aesthetic medicine and offer the most effective cosmetic treatments from their clinic in Harley Street clinic is looking for an Experienced Telesales Executive to join their team
They offer premium services which is priced at the top end of the market. This along with their strong market-leading brand and USP offers great potential to any telesales people with the ambition to make money from sales in the premium healthcare space.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a telesales person:
– With at least 3 years telesales experience
– With 1+ years’ experience of sales within the healthcare sector
– With 2+ years’ experience in consumer (B2C) sales and speaking to patients in a front of house role
Job Description
Following up all enquiries received into the clinic, being ‘the first contact’ and booking them in for a Free Consultation
Promoting all the benefits of the clinic, the Doctors and the treatments
Qualifying and converting pre-arranged Free Consultation calls into paid Face-to-Face booked appointments with a Doctor
Converting existing patients during post treatment care calls into regeneration programs and upsells into new treatments
Make full use of phone, email and text to follow up and engage with enquiries
Use of initiative to ‘make sure everyone’ gets followed up in a speedy, but non pushy manor
Fully complete notes and tasks using the sales and administration software used by the clinic to manage enquiries follow ups, bookings and payments
Skills
Proven telesales experience within the healthcare sector
Excellent communication and diary organisation skills
Excellent empathy, compassion, discretion and listening skills to help build long term relationships, not one-off sales
A caring patient manor with an ability and confidence to talk treatments and put patients at ease with well spoken English.
Initiative to make the most of all enquiries opportunities and not wait for instructions
Proactive and creative when following up and ‘going the extra mile’
A hungry, persuasive and persistent nature, but without being hard sell or pushy, who always has the welfare of the patient is paramount
Ability to multi-task, juggle a large workload and prioritise important vs urgent enquiries
Confidence in communicating with people from diverse backgrounds
Ability to speak multiple languages is a bonus including Arabic
An outgoing and friendly manor who’s willing to go the extra mile for the patient
Enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic
Salary + Commissions
Full time
£25k – £60K OTE, depending on experience (min 3 years required)
