Our client, a private clinic who specialise in non-surgical aesthetic medicine and offer the most effective cosmetic treatments are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team

The applicant will be responsible for the effective running of all departments, ensuring that all resources are deployed effectively at all times. We are looking for someone with extensive previous marketing experience to plan the strategic and transactional marketing functions of the business in order to maximize sales performance and objectives within the clinic.

Your role will see you drive compelling campaigns, develop strong marketing strategies and design effective social media plans.

You’ll be responsible for monitoring and analysing market trends and stay on track with the latest marketing developments. This will allow you to enhance your skill-set and digest knowledge from a new perspective.

  1. Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of a company.
  2. Enhance brand awareness in the digital space.
  3. Drive website traffic and acquire leads.

You will establish new marketing strategies and improve upon those already in place. As Marketing Manager you will oversee activity across the business, drive campaigns and manage budgets. This means working with a wide variety of colleagues and being a part of different projects.

Eventually you will be give the opportunity to create a small team to grow and expand the marketing division so good leadership skills is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role involves:

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of the clinic.
  • Enhance brand awareness in the digital space.
  • Drive website traffic and acquire leads.
  • Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools.
  • Manage budgets within the marketing division and report to the CEO
  • Define KPIs, measure performance and optimise campaigns based on data and insights.
  • Assist in winning new clients by providing actionable marketing insights.
  • Run paid and organic Facebook / Instagram to support the overall business strategy

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years experience in content marketing, content growth and SEO
  • Excellent knowledge of implementing/ creating social media posts and adds e.g. Instagram posts/stories, tiktok, facebook, linkedin, youtube….
  • Excellent use of editing software e.g. adobe etc….
  • Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices
  • Working knowledge of digital client acquisition techniques
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
  • Excellent knowledge and ability to CREATE social media adds, such Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads and landing pages. create reports about their performance in order to modify it.
  • Should be familiar with tools such as SEMrush and Majestic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Familiarization Google analytics
  • Experience with website optimization tools
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of social media advertising
