We’re seeking an exceptional Head of Surgical Services to lead a Theatre, Endoscopy, and Ward teams working in a luxurious private Hospital in Hemel Hempstead. What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across Theatres, Endoscopy, Wards & POA.
✅ Ensure outstanding quality and safety in line with CQC, AfPP & JAG standards.
✅ Drive strategic growth and optimise service delivery.
✅ Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and clinical excellence.
What You’ll Bring:
☑️ Registered NMC or HCPC professional.
☑️ Proven senior leadership experience within Surgical, Endoscopy, or Ward settings.
☑️ Strong clinical governance and service development background.
Confident in managing budgets, teams, and change initiatives.
