We are seeking a n Endoscopy Lead Practitioner to join a Theatre department working for a well established private Mental Health clinic. The ideal Endoscopy Lead Practitioner will have leadership experience in a clinical team and essential endoscopy experience, as well as qualifications in Endoscopy Care and Decontamination. Duties include providing quality care across the endoscopy patient pathway, ensuring mental health considerations are prioritised, engaging in quality improvement, and enhancing personal skills. The Endoscopy Lead Practitioner will also participate in departmental communication and policy development. Flexibility in shift patterns is required.
