Location: Hybrid- 2 days home working, 1 day office South West London near Victoria
Working Hours: Typically, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, flexible according to operational needs.
We are looking for a part-time Clinic/Operations Manager (Contract) to oversee and optimise the day-to-day operations of our client, a digital mental health clinic, ensuring an exceptional experience for both practitioners and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the psychiatry clinic.
- Ensure that high standards of care and operational efficiency are always maintained.
- Act as a trusted partner and point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the care pathway.
2. Team Management
- Lead, develop, and support a multidisciplinary team of medical secretaries.
- Foster an environment of effective collaboration and continuous professional growth.
3. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Review current practice policies to ensure adherence to CQC standards and clinical governance requirements.
- Monitor and track clinic performance KPIs such as consultant availability, patient feedback, patient response times, and timescales of patient diagnostic letters and reports. Provide weekly reports as a basis to improve service delivery.
- Respond to audit findings and stakeholder feedback promptly and effectively.
- Ensure all practitioners have the necessary accreditations and documentation up to date.
4. Process Improvement & Automation

Identify opportunities to streamline and automate administrative processes for efficiency.

Implement best practices in digital clinic management to enhance patient and practitioner experiences.

Key Skills and Qualifications Experience
- Degree in Healthcare Management or related field (Desirable)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Previous experience in clinic management, healthcare administration, or patient coordination (preferably within a mental health or private healthcare setting).
- Familiarity with practice management software (e.g., Semble, Cliniko, or similar) is a plus.
- Knowledge of CQC compliance and regulatory frameworks within healthcare.
